Luke Schickerling

A local Richmond resident, Luke's career in the real estate industry has spanned 20 years, all of which have been in an entirely sales-focused role. A Marketing (Masters) and Economics (Major) degree complement his extensive property knowledge, allowing him to deliver a service which he humbly describes as “helping people move”.

Giving clients the right advice beyond “what they want to hear” puts everyone in the best position to achieve optimal results, minimising the stress and pressure so often associated with moving.

Honesty, transparency, and simplicity are cornerstones of Luke's approach, and are fundamental to the process of selling.

In his own words, "selling property is so much more than price and commission”. Luke believes planning a move starts with "knowing where you want to end up" and forming a strategy around how to “get you there.”  The right agent is the difference between a great and disappointing result. Without a dynamic sales team and a market-leading brand like Jellis Craig, great results are so much harder to achieve.

Away from real estate, a love of all things architecture and design to food and wine often takes Luke abroad, with spare time enjoyed supporting his beloved AFL team in Carlton.
