A seasoned auctioneer with an award winning track record, Elliot Gill’s tenacious negotiating skills have contributed to his success in selling a diverse range of properties, including some of Melbourne's most interesting architectural homes. He has also achieved outstanding results in project marketing and selling boutique 'off the plan' developments.
Elliot works tirelessly to achieve desired sales outcomes yet he remains friendly and approachable at all times. In fact, the ease with which people relate to him is one of Elliot's most notable attributes. The trust clients have in him to back their interests, is the main reason they choose to work together.
As someone who, year after year, records a very high volume of sales, being recognised at the 2017 Jellis Craig Awards for achieving the highest volume of listings sold across the 23 office network, Elliot continues to strive for benchmark levels of success and embraces new technology to achieve these results.
Elliot placed at number 65 in the annual Real Estate Business Top 100 Agents list alongside four other Jellis Craig Group staff. The list recognises the outstanding performances of agents Australia wide. He also holds the record in Richmond for the Highest sale price achieved for both a house and an apartment.
When not working, Elliot pursues his love of cycling as well as taking time to relax down at his Mount Martha holiday house. He is also a devoted Melbourne Football Club supporter.
