THE CAMPAIGN

The agents and vendors decided on a ‘by-appointment’ strategy and an Expression of Interest campaign. A ‘by-appointment’ strategy was selected as it meant we were able to home in on serious buyers only, and due to the nature and price range of the property, there was much-appreciated privacy for the prospective buyers and the vendors with an EOI campaign. The smaller and more serious groups through meant agents were able to form relationships with those potential buyers throughout the duration of the campaign period.

We opted for light advertising including internet marketing only. This light approach was in line with the exclusivity of the address and the chosen sales method.


THE RESULT

By the closing of the expressions of interest campaign, we had 2 offers to put forward to the vendor. In the end, a family with young adult children were the buyers of this magnificent home, and the vendors were thrilled not only with the result, but with the fact a local family would be able to enjoy the property just as much as they had.
