Nick Carah

With more than three decades in property and finance, Nick Carah brings strategic direction, commercial acumen and a proven record of impactful leadership to his role as Managing Director, Jellis Craig Stonnington and Jellis Craig Richmond & Surrounds.

A collaborative and team orientated senior executive, Nick first joined Jellis Craig as Group General Manager in 2017. Focused on uplifting the business, people and performance, he was instrumental in driving the company’s impressive growth and expansion across Victoria.

Nick’s career began in finance after he completed a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Melbourne. He spent almost 20 years in the Banking & Property Division at Macquarie Bank, building a deep understanding of the property market, property economics and the business of real estate. He also spent a decade with Bendigo Private Banking, including almost four years as CEO.

Nick is the Chair and a Board Member of the Jellis Craig Foundation and volunteers with The Big Umbrella. He is a member of Australian Institute of Directors and a member of the REIV. He is a life member of the University Blacks Football Club and was Club President from 2014-2022.
