About Helen

Juggling multiple responsibilities with ease, Helen Knipe manages the many essential tasks that sit behind every real estate transaction. She confidently conducts property inspections, greets buyers, answers queries, prepares auction paperwork and co-ordinates schedules, all while handling a myriad of other responsibilities that underpin the smooth running of the campaign.

Helen’s organisational skills are perfectly complemented by her ambition to achieve the best for every client. Personally invested in the success of every campaign, she enjoys assisting Jellis Craig Kingston's leading team of sales consultants to deliver premium service and outstanding results.

Before switching to real estate, Helen spent 25 years in accountancy, where she honed her client-focused attitude.

"I aim to see the whole picture in every scenario, from the larger aspects to the finer details. I check all tasks thoroughly to make sure nothing is overlooked or rushed. I believe all clients deserve this level of service,” she explains.

In addition to a Bachelor of Business in Accounting, Helen holds a Diploma of Financial Counselling. Her experience in this sphere enhances her ability to provide clients with useful advice and guidance.

Generous with her time, Helen likes to mentor colleagues who are at the beginning of their career in real estate.
