The buzzing summer season has seen the Peninsula host a number of sell-out events including the Portsea Swim Classic, Portsea Polo and Twilight Run. Sensational eateries, divine shopping experiences and world-class beaches bring thousands of people to our beautiful seaside town over the summer period, having a direct impact on our local property market.

The 2015/16 summer market rolled on with strong momentum from the popular spring selling period in Melbourne. In Portsea, Sorrento and Blairgowrie, the $500,000 – $1,000,000 market has been exceptionally active with properties in this range receiving lots of attention from investors and Self-managed super funds.

There is a strong demand for luxury homes with swimming pools and tennis courts upward of $1,500,000, as well as the high-end architecturally and historically significant homes with ocean and bay views.
We have a database of registered buyers from all over Victoria looking to purchase in the area and a number of clients who missed out in late 2015 eager to secure peninsula property.

If you would like an appraisal of your property or any further information on current market conditions, please contact our office on 03 5984 0999.
