July 2017Winter is traditionally a quiet period for Melbourne’s rental market and this year is no exception. However, high quality homes are continuing to perform particularly well, with multiple applications being received on most inner city renovated terrace homes.
The chart below shows the average number of enquiries per property advertised over the past twelve months. An upswing of the market is expected to occur over the next quarter as we progress into Spring, as has been the case historically in the Melbourne rental market.
