• Market off the plan property to both resident and international buyers in alignment with FIRB regulations

• Appoint and manage third party professional sales partners including advocates specialising in local and international buyers

• Provide a full post sales service including pre settlement coordination and management, settlement packs, owner corporation appointment, lease management and ongoing property management.
