Latest Property Inspection and Auction Information

As per Victorian Government guidelines, there are no density limits on open for inspections and auctions for fully vaccinated attendees. If you are attending an open for inspection, or an auction being held inside there is still a requirement to wear a mask, unless an exemption applies.

You will be required to check in via the Victorian Services app for contract tracing purposes before entry to a property for inspections and auctions.

If the event you are unvaccinated or do not wish to disclose your vaccination status, please speak to the agent to organise a private inspection, or attend the auction remotely (via zoom or having a representative there on your behalf).
