The area has experienced staggering growth over the recent years, and we expect to see that continue as Melburnian’s are priced out of neighbouring suburbs such as Fitzroy and Carlton.

One suburb in the area that has experienced a boom in recent years is Pascoe Vale. Whilst across Melbourne the property market has rebalanced after a frenzied 18-months, the suburb of Pascoe Vale is continuing to see growth, with a median house price increase of +0.7% to sit at $1.12m in the June 2022* quarter.

Fast emerging as the next area to watch is Coburg, where we’re seeing remarkable growth and a flurry of interest. According to Census data, the median age in the suburb of Coburg is 37^, with the largest age -group in Coburg 25–34-year-olds, meaning the area is increasingly of interest to younger generations and families. With bigger blocks than those in many neighbouring suburbs, Coburg is attracting young families looking for more space and a bigger backyard.
