As Director and Officer in Effective Control of Jellis Craig Monash, Jared Wei leads the strategic direction and growth of one of Melbourne’s eastern suburbs’ leading real estate businesses.

Since becoming a Director in 2016, Jared has played a key role in the evolution of Jellis Craig Monash, helping build a highly regarded operation across residential sales, property management and related property services. His leadership spans strategy, people, culture, performance and identifying opportunities for sustainable growth.

With more than 15 years of real estate experience, Jared combines deep local market knowledge with a commercial, entrepreneurial approach. Having established a strong track record as a high-performing sales agent, he remains closely connected to clients and the property market.

Jared has received significant industry recognition throughout his career, including multiple appearances in the REB Top 100 Agents Australia and Top 50 Agents Victoria rankings. In 2026, he was named a finalist for REB Principal of the Year – Metropolitan, recognising his transition from leading sales agent to business leader.
