With over three years of experience in real estate marketing, Kathryn Kutchel brings energy, creativity, and a sharp eye for detail to her role. Before joining Jellis Craig, she built a diverse decade-long marketing career beginning in land development, and spanning across hospitality, e-commerce, and beauty through her own consultancy, notably focusing on supporting small businesses with limited resources during the pandemic.

Kathryn’s passion for marketing is rooted in the belief that brand presence should be constant and compelling. “If you’re not front of mind, you’re missing opportunities,” she says. Her commitment to helping businesses present their best selves shines through in everything she does.

Graduating from Deakin University with a Bachelor of Film and Digital Media, Kathryn developed an early interest in social media and storytelling through digital channels. This foundation has helped shape her marketing style—translating ideas into inspiring campaigns that connect with audiences.
