With more than 25 years of experience in real estate, Alicia Lecky is a highly accomplished property management leader recognised for driving operational excellence, building high performing teams, and delivering exceptional client outcomes at scale.

Her career spans senior leadership roles across Victoria and national operations, including National Head of Operations and Head of Property Management. Across these positions, she has led large and complex portfolios, focusing on portfolio performance, compliance, revenue growth, systems design, and client experience within expanding, multi-state businesses.

Alicia is widely regarded for her strength in coaching, mentoring, and culture development, with a consistent ability to build capable, motivated teams that deliver sustained service excellence. Her leadership approach is both strategic and people focused, combining operational discipline with a strong commitment to professional development and team performance.

She currently leads a team of 38 and oversees approximately 3,900 properties under management, reflecting the scale and depth of her operational expertise.

Alicia’s career has been recognised through multiple industry accolades, including REIV Property Management Team of the Year (2024), REIV Agency of the Year (2023), and finalist recognition across leadership and industry awards. She also contributes to the profession through her role on the REIV Property Management Chapter Committee.
