    Styled by Create Expectations and photographed by ARC Studio at dusk to capture the gorgeous light throughout ensured the property would present at its best online and in print.

    A VIP inspection with champagne and sushi was hosted by Team Gardiner to present the home to our pre-qualified buyers from our exclusive database - all expertly arranged by Jo Gardiner our Team Business Manager.

    A prior offer just five days after the campaign launched saw the auction brought forward and three parties fought hard for the keys via Zoom.

  • A family home for over 30 years, this gorgeous terrace had over 70 people inspect over the course of the four week campaign, plus a VIP pre market inspection for our registered buyers from our database.
