Madison Bruce, Rebecca Smith and Tiarna Clarke complete the team, which sets itself apart through impeccable organisation and time invested in engaging buyers.

A licensed estate agent and auctioneer, Dylan offers clients an impressive sales record and unrivalled exposure to active buyers in Melbourne’s north. Born and bred in Brunswick West, he combines deep market knowledge with a formidable work ethic to drive results at auctions and in private sales. Dylan is a recognised leader in Jellis Craig’s statewide network; he has been awarded salesperson of the year (non-director) and led the network’s highest grossing sales team (non-director).

Madison is operations manager, a relatively rare role in property sales teams but an essential ingredient in this team’s seamless campaigns and client service. Madison supports the team to execute its proven process at the highest standard. She leverages Jellis Craig's industry-leading marketing systems to create winning exposure for properties.

Sales consultant Rebecca works closely with vendors and buyers, providing high impact service in support of their property goals. Rebecca’s experience includes apartments, family-sized homes and luxury properties. She applies her interior design training to expertly guide vendors as they prepare their homes for sale.

As the team’s campaign and buyer manager, sales consultant Tiarna brings exceptional communication and organisational skill to every property. She finds and nurtures qualified buyers through genuine service and her ability to connect with people from all backgrounds. Tiarna offers every buyer and vendor a truly personalised, results-focused approach.
