Led by Jellis Craig Brunswick partner Dylan Francis, this dynamic team of four pursues every opportunity to its full potential on behalf of vendor clients. Madison Bruce, Caitlin Payne-Clarke and Rebecca Smith complete the team, which sets itself apart through impeccable organisation and time invested in engaging buyers.

A licensed estate agent and auctioneer, Dylan offers clients an impressive sales record and unrivalled exposure to active buyers in Melbourne’s north. Born and bred in Brunswick West, Dylan combines deep market knowledge with a formidable work ethic to drive results at auction and private sales. Dylan is a recognised leader in the Jellis Craig statewide network; he won salesperson of the year (non-director) in 2022 and led the network’s highest grossing sales team (non-director).

As campaign manager and buyer manager for the team, sales consultant Caitlin Payne-Clarke brings exceptional strategy and communication to every property sale. She finds and nurtures qualified buyers through genuine service and transparent advice. Her buyer relationships are vital in private sales and pre and post auction negotiations.

Madison Bruce is operations manager, a relatively rare role in property sales teams but an essential ingredient to Team Francis’ seamless campaigns and client service. Madison supports the team to execute its proven process at the highest standard. She leverages Jellis Craig's industry-leading, Melbourne-wide presence to create winning exposure for properties.

Sales consultant Rebecca Smith works closely with vendors and buyers, providing high impact service in support of their property goals. Rebecca’s sales experience includes apartments, family-sized homes and luxury properties. With a Diploma in Interior Design and Decoration, Rebecca also assists vendors to prepare their homes for sale.

Together, Dylan, Caitlin, Madison and Rebecca strive to give vendors and buyers a positive property experience, with respect and integrity at the heart of every interaction.
