Jellis Craig is a premium real estate brand driven by high-performing professionals who are passionate about excellence, innovation and client experience. We are now seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Events & Education Coordinator to support our Corporate Education & Events team. 

This role is integral to the successful planning and delivery of major group conferences, events and education sessions across the Jellis Craig network. You will provide detailed administrative and operational support across a wide range of high-profile internal events and training initiatives. 

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of major group events including conferences, education sessions and celebrations 
  • Managing event logistics, registrations, communications and attendance tracking 
  • Supporting group-wide onboarding and education initiatives 
  • Maintaining departmental inboxes, calendars, records and systems 
  • Assisting with invoicing, budgets and supplier coordination 
  • Contributing to newsletters, internal communications and resource libraries 
  • Supporting continuous improvement across systems and processes 

To be successful in this role, you will be highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented with exceptional communication and administrative skills. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of a collaborative corporate team.
