The strength that we have clearly seen in the market over the past 2 months continues to increase exponentially.
Most auctions are showing a depth of buyer interest that we haven’t seen for nearly 2 years with clearance rates climbing back to peak levels. Lower stock levels and higher buyer confidence are the factors fuelling competition at auctions.
Due to the tight market, buyers are now considering new suburbs. This has been extremely beneficial for our vendors as we are in contact with many out of area buyers that are now showing increasing interest in our areas.
Vendors that have responded to the improvement in the market by listing their property for sale are securing a rewarding price. Amongst all the other benefits, achieving an exceptional result is allowing those vendors to contemplate new areas they previously considered out of their price range.
So, we can confidently assert that vendors selling in the current market can expect a very strong result.
