About Grace
Grace Moretti is a dedicated and approachable Property Manager, recognised for her strong organisational skills, clear communication, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. With a proactive and solutions-focused approach, she strives to build positive relationships with both landlords and tenants while ensuring every property is managed with professionalism and care.
Born and raised in Melbourne, Grace has a strong understanding of the local community and property market. She completed her education at Avila College before undertaking a Certificate IV in Project Management at Swinburne, further strengthening her organisational, planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
Grace's career has provided her with a diverse range of experience across customer service, healthcare, and real estate. She spent six years with McDonald's, progressing to the role of Department Manager, before moving into Property Management with RT Edgar, where she built a solid foundation in residential property management. She later worked as an Emergency Medical Administration Manager with Monash Health, developing exceptional communication, coordination, and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.
With two years of full-time Property Management experience, complemented by a year of temporary property management assignments, Grace has developed strong skills in adaptability, negotiation, organisation, and delivering outstanding client service. Her calm and professional approach allows her to confidently navigate challenges while ensuring the best possible outcomes for her clients.
"Property management is all about building trust and creating positive experiences," Grace says. "I pride myself on being organised, approachable, and proactive, ensuring my clients always feel informed, supported, and confident that their investment is in good hands."
Outside of work, Grace enjoys camping, keeping active at the gym, and cooking for family and friends. Her signature dish is slow-cooked braised lamb with creamy garlic mash. She also loves spending time with her beloved dog, Leo, who she proudly describes as her fur child. Grace also speaks a little Italian, reflecting her family heritage and love of culture.
