Originally from Beijing, China, Ethan moved to Australia in 2016 and has since built a strong connection to Melbourne and its diverse community. Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with an understanding of Cantonese, he is well equipped to work with a broad range of clients and provide clear, effective communication throughout the leasing process.
Ethan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management from the University of Texas at Dallas. Following his move to Australia, he further expanded his skill set by pursuing culinary arts and hospitality management, graduating from Le Cordon Bleu Melbourne with a Grand Diplôme® Professional Chef Diploma. This unique background has strengthened his attention to detail, discipline, and customer-focused approach.
Prior to joining Jellis Craig, Ethan worked in leasing for over two years, where he developed strong market knowledge and hands-on experience managing rental enquiries, inspections, and tenant relationships. He brings a practical, solutions-focused mindset and is always willing to share insights and learnings to support his team and enhance overall performance.
Known for his reliability and positive attitude, Ethan is committed to ensuring a smooth and efficient leasing experience for both rental providers and renters, while maintaining high standards across every interaction.
Outside of work, Ethan enjoys playing basketball and spending quality time with his family, often hiking together on weekends and exploring the outdoors.
