Tara’s keen interests in business development and the commercial property field are perfect matches with her role as senior property investment manager.
“I have experience with new builds and developments, purpose-built investments in the Armstrong Creek /Mount Duneed growth corridor and am comfortable with builders’ handover and warranty issues, which are typically resolved differently to standard maintenance issues,” she says.
Tara’s skillset honed during her five years in the property field, and backed by formal qualifications as an agent’s representative, includes conflict resolution, problem-solving and effective communication with both rental providers and their renters.
“I have a strong sense of empathy, allowing me to understand perspectives from both sides when issues arise,” she says.
“This enables me to approach conflicts with a balanced view, providing greater insight into resolving matters while ensuring compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act.
