We had an amazing experience with Damien and Tania from Jellis Craig Mentone. We wanted to list our property for rent. As this was our first experience, we had few concerns and did a good research in the area to find the right real estate agency. We contacted Damien who arranged for a visit to check our place. Damien answered our questions and addressed all our concerns during his visit and in the following days whether by email or phone. Damien was professional, responsive and knowledgeable. Based on this, we decided to go with Jellis Craig Mentone Team. Damien directly arranged for the photos to be taken and constantly provided us with advice based on his experience. Tania took care of the first inspection, provided us with a post-inspection report, kept us updated throughout the process and within 48 hrs we had a tenant secured for our place!
