About Sharon
With a diverse professional background spanning education, art and design, and now real estate, Sharon Lee brings a thoughtful, organised and people-focused approach to her role as Property Manager Associate at Jellis Craig Monash.
Having lived and worked across Malaysia, Thailand and New Zealand before making Australia home, Sharon brings a broad cultural perspective and a natural ability to connect with people from different backgrounds. She speaks English, along with basic Mandarin and Cantonese.
Sharon holds a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice and a Bachelor of Design (Graphic Design) from RMIT University.
Prior to entering real estate, Sharon built an extensive career across education and the creative industries. She spent approximately 14 years in education, including nine years as a Learning Assistant and five years as an Art & Design Lecturer. She also brings around five years of professional art and design experience, having worked as both an Art Director and Graphic Designer.
Her varied career has developed a strong foundation of skills that translate naturally into property management, including professional presentation, organisation, attention to detail, active listening, proactive communication and patience. Sharon values clear communication and takes pride in approaching every interaction with care, professionalism and a solutions-focused mindset.
Outside of work, Sharon enjoys trail running with her running group and spending time outdoors with her husband, two teenagers and a Toy Poodle. She also enjoys movies, family time and making the most of Melbourne’s outdoor lifestyle.
