About Serena

With a background in both real estate and marketing, Serena Sun brings a unique combination of organisation, communication, and creative flair to her role. Fluent in Mandarin and English, she prides herself on delivering a seamless client experience and fostering strong professional relationships.

Originally from China, Serena moved to Australia in 2008 to pursue her studies and later completed a double Master’s degree in Accounting and Commerce at Deakin University. Her academic background, combined with hands-on experience across property management, advertising, and executive support, gives her a comprehensive understanding of the real estate industry.

Serena has held diverse roles including Assistant Property Manager at Cooper Newman Real Estate, Advertising Coordinator at Jellis Craig Glen Eira, and Personal Assistant to a Director at Fletchers Real Estate. These roles have sharpened her problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and attention to detail.

“I believe every successful property journey begins with genuine care and clear communication,” Serena says. “My focus is always on helping clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the process.”

Serena lives in Melbourne with her husband and young son, who is turning six this September. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, hiking, and sharing her passion for food through creative videos on social media. Her warmth, creativity, and dedication make her a valued member of the team.
