Ryan Li was born and raised in Tianjin, China, and moved to Australia in 2015. He now calls Mount Waverley home. Fluent in English and Mandarin, Ryan brings cultural insight, clear communication, and professional expertise to real estate.
He holds a Bachelor of Architectural Design from RMIT University, giving him strong design and spatial skills to help clients see the full potential of every property.
Before real estate, Ryan gained experience in architectural drafting and site supervision, supporting residential and mixed-use projects, managing documentation, compliance, and construction processes.
Ryan combines this technical expertise with skills in property negotiation, vendor management, buyer engagement, campaign strategy, and market analysis. His attention to detail and client-focused approach ensure smooth, successful outcomes.
Outside work, Ryan enjoys advanced open water diving and tennis, reflecting his love of adventure and focus.
