Ryan Li was born and raised in Tianjin, China and moved to Australia in 2015. Based in Mount Waverley, he is fluent in English and Mandarin, allowing him to communicate confidently with a diverse range of clients.
Ryan holds a Bachelor of Architectural Design from RMIT University, Melbourne, providing him with a strong understanding of design, space, and property potential.
Before entering real estate, Ryan gained experience in architectural drafting and site supervision, supporting residential and mixed-use projects through documentation, compliance, and on-site coordination. This background gives him a practical understanding of how properties are designed and built.
Ryan supports buyers and vendors through buyer engagement, vendor management, campaign support, market research, and negotiations, bringing a detail-focused and professional approach to every interaction.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys advanced open water diving and tennis.
