Born and raised in Mount Waverley, Nive Jeyaprakash brings local insight and a forward-thinking approach to real estate. A graduate of Mount Waverley Secondary College, he has deep roots in the community and draws inspiration from his family’s legacy in property development through respected names such as Centex Homes and Eshara Homes.
With early exposure to construction and real estate, Nive developed a strong understanding of the industry’s intricacies and a passion for innovation and quality. He combines this knowledge with a genuine, people-first mindset—ensuring every client experience is both meaningful and results-driven.
Currently studying Business at Monash University, Nive continues to expand his professional expertise, balancing academic excellence with hands-on industry experience. His drive for continuous growth reflects his dedication to both personal and professional development.
Alongside his work in real estate, Nive founded Absolute Academy, an educational initiative designed to empower students through mentorship and academic support—reflecting his broader commitment to community and leadership.
