Born and raised in the culturally rich island of Penang, Malaysia, Kelwin Tan brings a global perspective and a warm, people-focused approach to real estate. Moving to Melbourne in 2016 to pursue his Master’s degree in Property Valuation at RMIT University, Kelwin has since immersed himself in the local property market with a focus on leasing, property management, and client service.
Kelwin’s experience spans residential leasing and short-term rental management. Prior to joining the sales team, he worked as a Business Development Manager and Leasing Consultant—roles that sharpened his skills in marketing, negotiation, and client relationship management.
