Ella’s passion for real estate is deeply personal. She’s drawn to the industry not only by her interest in property, interior design, and investment, but by a genuine desire to help people navigate some of life’s biggest decisions. She finds great purpose in being a calm, trusted presence throughout the buying and selling journey.

Ella is an essential part of the sales team, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience for both clients and agents. From handling documentation and scheduling appointments to managing client enquiries, Ella is known for her swift professionalism, efficient workflow, and clear, confident communication.

Currently completing her Diploma of Property and having already achieved a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, Ella is committed to continuous growth and professional development.

Community-minded and values-driven, Ella is an active volunteer through the Jellis Craig Foundation. She has proudly participated in initiatives like The Big Umbrella Real Meal Service and Lighthouse Foundation’s home blitzes, helping support vulnerable individuals and families.
