Gavin Van Rooyen's team experience is hard to match in the Bentleigh and Bentleigh East areas. Leading the team as an award-winning auctioneer and Director, Gavin has a commitment to the highest levels of professional guidance and service. Alongside him are Jack Liu and Charlie La Fontaine; driven property specialists in their own rights.

Determined, focused, motivated and passionate, Gavin van Rooyen's local knowledge extends across the Bayside and Glen Eira areas, where he has his finger firmly on the pulse of the market.

With over eight years experience in the industry, Jack has built a trusted reputation in the region and nurtures an extensive network of "ready to act" buyers based locally and overseas thanks to his fluency in English and Mandarin.⁠

In the recent financial year, Jack has successfully sold a variety of premium properties throughout the Glen Eira region, breaking personal and local records. His prominent sales include 29 Rose Street, Bentleigh; an unparalleled park-side architect design for $4,750,000, 15 Hayes Street, Bentleigh; a five-bedroom French Provincial masterpiece for $3,560,000

With previous experience in property management, Charlie also has unique insight into buyer motivations and the real estate industry more broadly, and leverages these insights to maximise buyer interest and enquiry.⁠

Charlie brings fierce drive, and a strong client focus to his sales consultant role. Committed to delivering the highest levels of customer service, he is passionate about helping his clients realise their property goals.

"Having worked closely with owners and renters, I have learned what they value in a property and what's important in terms of location and amenity," he explains.

Supporting the sales team are administrators Ella Boyes and Bianca Fleischer. From liaising with local suppliers and trades, to assisting with inspection and auction setup, Ella and Bianca are crucial additions to the team to ensure a seamless campaign process.⁠
