About you:
Jellis Craig is seeking a self-motivated, excellent communicator and strong negotiator who prides themselves on immaculate presentation, attention to detail, and a dedicated client focus. With a minimum of 2 years’ proven residential sales experience, you are now looking to take the next meaningful step in your career and establish yourself within the premium Bellarine Peninsula market.
With an average sale price of $1,250,000, our team consistently performs in the premium market of the Bellarine Peninsula. This is approximately 14.5% higher than our closest local competitor, a reflection of the confidence clients place in our brand and the calibre of properties we represent. For ambitious agents, this creates a genuine advantage -offering stronger earning potential and a more elevated platform to grow your career.
In addition, you will have:
- A current Agent’s Representative Certificate (Certificate IV in Property Services)
