Team Kurtschenko is a high-performing, high-volume residential sales team operating across Eltham, Eltham North and Research. We specialise in premium homes and deliver a polished, client-focused experience from listing through to settlement.
We are seeking an Administration Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional communication and organisational support.
The Opportunity
This is a critical support role within a busy sales team. You will be responsible for coordinating multiple property campaigns at once while maintaining clear, professional communication with vendors, buyers, trades and marketing suppliers.
Success in this role requires:

- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Previous real estate experience will be highly regarded, however it is not essential for the right candidate. We are open to someone who brings strong transferable skills, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Core Responsibilities
Campaign Coordination
- Prepare presentation materials for listing appointments
- Book and coordinate stylists, trades and property preparation
- Book and attend photography and video shoots to ensure quality control
- Coordinate floor plans and copywriting
- Build marketing proofs and liaise with vendors for approval
- Launch properties online
- Prepare marketing collateral for Open for Inspections
Vendor & Buyer Communication
- Prepare vendor feedback reports (including pre-auction updates)
- Organise building & pest inspections
- Organise bank valuations
- Coordinate additional inspections between exchange and settlement
- Manage post-sale communication through to settlement
- Arrange final inspections and key handovers
- Capture and coordinate “Sold” moments
Social Media & Client Engagement
- Manage and schedule social media posts
- Respond to social media enquiries
- Connect with vendors and buyers across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Assist with bi-annual newsletters

1. Strong Communication Skills
You must be confident and professional when speaking with vendors, buyers and suppliers. Written communication must be polished, clear and accurate. You will represent Team Kurtschenko daily.
2. High-Level Administration Skills
You are highly organised, detail-focused and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously without things slipping through the cracks.
3. Ability to Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment
Our team handles a high volume of listings and sales. You must be able to prioritise effectively, remain calm under pressure and work with urgency.
