About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, organised, and commercially minded Real Estate Advertising & Marketing Specialist to manage and elevate the marketing of our property listings and brand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for property, design, and digital marketing.

You’ll work closely with agents, photographers, and external suppliers to ensure every campaign is delivered on time, on brand, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end property marketing campaigns from listing to sale
  • Prepare and book advertising across online portals, print and social media
  • Coordinate photography, videography, copywriting, floorplans, and signage
  • Ensure brand consistency across all advertising materials
  • Manage marketing schedules, deadlines, and budgets
  • Update and maintain CRM and marketing platforms
  • Monitor campaign performance, compliance and recommend improvements
  • Support broader business branding and promotional initiatives

About You

  • Minimum 2 years experience in real estate marketing and advertising
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail
  • Confident using digital marketing tools and property portals
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills
  • Creative eye for presentation and branding
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines
  • A proactive, team-focused approach

Desirable 

  • Experience with real estate CRMs and portals
  • Graphic design or social media management skills
  • Understanding of real estate advertising compliance
