Congratulations to Nicole Qiu for winning the REB Sales Agent of the Year Award

Late last week, the 12th annual REB Awards 2024 was held at The Star in Sydney. Over 650 members of the real estate industry gathered to celebrate the achievements of their colleagues and peers, and network with industry leaders and more than 30 winners were chosen out of almost 300 finalists.

Winning this award is an incredible honour and a validation of my hard work and dedication. It's not just a personal achievement but also a reflection of the trust and satisfaction of my clients.

2. How do you think your approach to real estate differs from others in the industry? What sets you apart and makes you stand out vs. your competitors?

I like to stay personal. Provide personalised service, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of each clients needs. I’m committed to going above and beyond for my clients, providing tailored solutions, and fostering long-term relationships built on trust and integrity.

3. How do you stay motivated and innovative in a competitive industry?

Consistent learning, staying updated on market trends, being around the best team and people who will make positive impacts on you. I continuously seek ways to enhance my skills, explore innovative strategies, and adapt to changing market conditions to ensure I deliver the best outcomes for my clients.

4. What do you see as some of the biggest trends shaping the real estate industry today?

The rise of digital platforms and virtual tours, and social platforms.

5. Finally, what would you say to aspiring real estate professionals that are starting out in their careers?

Be passionate about what you do, doing every little 1%, remember that success in this industry is built on trust, integrity, and hard work.
