About Zowoak
Zowoak is a motivated and personable Property Management Associate, recognised for his positive energy, strong customer service background, and genuine commitment to creating exceptional client experiences.
With over eight years of experience in customer service and retail environments, Zowoak has developed excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills. His ability to remain adaptable and solutions-focused in fast-paced settings allows him to build strong relationships and consistently deliver a high standard of service.
Originally commencing studies in Civil Engineering at Deakin University, Zowoak later discovered a strong passion for the property industry and went on to complete his Certificate in Property Management and Sales. His diverse background has equipped him with a practical mindset, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic that he brings to every aspect of his role.
As part of the property management team, Zowoak supports the day-to-day management of rental properties, assisting with leasing campaigns, coordinating routine tasks, managing enquiries, and ensuring a smooth experience for both rental providers and renters. He takes pride in delivering reliable support and maintaining clear, professional communication at all times.
Born and raised in Melbourne, Zowoak grew up in Endeavour Hills before moving to Mount Waverley during his high school years. He also speaks Dari, allowing him to connect with a broader range of clients and communities.
“I believe the key to great service is building genuine relationships, maintaining positive energy, and always being willing to help,” Zowoak says.
Outside of work, Zowoak enjoys cars, soccer, tennis, strength training, and spending time with friends and family. He also has a strong passion for music, particularly RNB and EDM.
