Born and raised in Malaysia, Rani Bahwandi brings a warm, people-focused approach to property management. She migrated to Australia with her family in 2014 and, after dedicating several years as a stay-at-home mother, returned to the workforce in 2023 once her children were all in school.
Rani is part of a busy family of seven, sharing life with her husband, twin girls, twin boys, and their youngest daughter. This strong family foundation shapes her organised, patient, and empathetic approach to both work and client relationships.
Fluent in Mandarin, Hokkien, Malay, Chinese, and English, Rani’s multilingual abilities allow her to connect easily with clients from diverse backgrounds. She holds a Diploma in Hotel and Management, providing a strong grounding in customer service and communication.
Rani began her real estate career as a receptionist and, after completing her certification, progressed into a leasing role. She brings strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to supporting landlords and tenants alike.
Outside of work, Rani enjoys cooking and travelling with her family, passions that reflect her love for bringing people together and creating positive experiences.
