About Lillian
Lillian Cheng was born and raised in China before moving to Australia at the age of 30. Fluent in English and Mandarin, with basic Cantonese, Lillian is able to communicate confidently with clients from a diverse range of backgrounds.
Lillian holds a Bachelor of Accounting and is a Licensed Real Estate Agent, combining strong financial knowledge with more than 12 years of experience across the Victorian real estate industry.
Before moving into real estate, Lillian spent eight years working in corporate finance, developing a strong foundation in financial management, analysis and attention to detail. She has since gained broad experience across property management, leasing, landlord and tenant relations, compliance, VCAT matters, trust accounting and maintenance coordination.
Her extensive industry knowledge, together with a strong understanding of the Victorian rental market and tenancy legislation, enables her to provide clear, practical and informed advice to clients.
With a background spanning accounting, sales and property investment, Lillian brings a well-rounded perspective to property management. Understanding property from both a client and investor perspective allows her to identify opportunities, anticipate challenges and help clients make confident decisions about their investments.
Professional, organised and solutions-focused, Lillian is committed to building strong relationships with rental providers and renters while ensuring every property is managed with care, efficiency and attention to detail.
Outside of real estate, Lillian enjoys Pilates, dancing and drawing, as well as travelling and spending time with her husband and child. At home, family life also includes a much-loved dog and cat.
