About Kimi
Born and raised in Hong Kong, Kimi Fung brings a strong academic background, multilingual communication skills, and a genuine passion for property management to his role as Property Manager Associate. He relocated to Australia in 2022 and is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, allowing him to build strong connections with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Kimi holds a Master of Business (Contemporary Management) and a Bachelor of Business (Management) from Monash University. He has also completed his Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, further strengthening his knowledge of the real estate industry and commitment to professional growth.
Having worked in administrative and support-based roles within real estate, Kimi has developed exceptional customer service, communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills. His attention to detail, proactive approach, and ability to build positive relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors enable him to deliver a seamless property management experience.
Passionate about providing outstanding service, Kimi combines strong organisational and time-management abilities with a client-focused mindset, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and care.
Outside of work, Kimi enjoys travelling and exploring different cultures, photography, fitness, and keeping up with advancements in technology and innovation. He is also a devoted pet lover, with two dogs in Hong Kong and a cat in Melbourne.
