With a solid background as both a Sales Agent and Sales Development Representative, Emma brings a well-rounded understanding of the property lifecycle and the importance of aligning strategy with client goals. Her experience in sales has strengthened her ability to listen carefully, understand what clients want in detail and provide advice that is thoughtful, tailored and purposeful.
Emma believes successful property management extends well beyond day-to-day administration. Working closely with rental providers, she develops customised investment strategies designed to maximise performance, minimise risk and support long-term growth.
Currently completing a Master of Coaching, Emma applies principles of mindset, business strategy, leadership and coaching to her role. This enables her to remain steadfast, solutions-focused and adaptable, while guiding clients through challenges with clarity and confidence.
Driven by determination and accountability, Emma is known for her reliability, transparency and strong advocacy for her clients’ interests. She remains closely connected to the Geelong, Bellarine and Surf Coast markets, using local knowledge and best-practice systems to support timely, informed decision-making.
Outside of property, Emma has a strong passion for the fitness industry. As a qualified personal trainer, she is motivated by helping others improve their wellbeing and is always willing to volunteer her knowledge and support to those who may struggle or lack access to guidance in fitness and health.
