Clinton was born in Singapore and moved to Australia at a young age, growing up in Melbourne’s south-eastern suburbs across Burwood East, Mount Waverley and Glen Waverley. With strong local knowledge of the area and fluency in both English and Mandarin, Clinton is well placed to assist a diverse range of buyers and vendors throughout their property journey.
Clinton attended Mount Waverley Secondary College before completing a Bachelor of Information Technology at Monash University, majoring in Computer Networks and Security, with studies in Software Engineering and IT for Business. His analytical background supports his considered approach to real estate, particularly when it comes to market research, property data, campaign strategy and understanding buyer behaviour.
Before entering real estate, Clinton built more than four years of sales experience within the prestige automotive industry. Working closely with both buyers and sellers in a high-value sales environment developed his skills in negotiation, client service and relationship management, all of which now underpin his approach to property sales.
Having grown up locally, Clinton has a genuine understanding of Melbourne’s south-eastern suburbs, the lifestyle they offer and the different buyer demographics attracted to each area. He uses this knowledge to better understand how a property should be positioned and presented to the market, while ensuring both buyers and vendors receive clear and responsive communication throughout the campaign.
Clinton supports clients across buyer engagement, vendor management, property campaigns, market research and negotiations. He takes the time to understand each vendor’s objectives and each buyer’s requirements, allowing him to provide tailored advice and help create strong connections between people and property.

Outside of real estate, Clinton has a strong interest in technology and gaming and enjoys travelling, discovering new places to eat and cooking at home. He also enjoys exploring new places with his Golden Retriever, Momo.
