Rachel Blake

Born and raised in China, Rachel moved to Australia in 2009 and has since made Melbourne home, where she lives with her husband and two wonderful children. Fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and the Chaoshan dialect, Rachel’s ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds allows her to deliver service that is both personalised and inclusive. 

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Business Management, a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, and a Graduate Diploma of Teaching. Her qualifications provide her with a well-rounded foundation across business, education, and real estate—enabling her to guide clients with confidence, clarity, and care. 

Before joining the property industry, Rachel built a successful career in education, working as a teacher across multiple schools. She also owned and operated Your Child in Monash magazine, gaining hands-on experience in small business management and customer relations. These experiences sharpened her skills in communication, organisation, and client service—skills she now brings to her work in real estate. 

“I believe strong relationships are built on trust, empathy, and clear communication,” Rachel says. “Whether I’m helping a family find their next home or supporting a landlord through the leasing process, I focus on truly understanding their needs.” 

Rachel’s approachable manner, professionalism, and deep understanding of both Chinese and Australian cultures make her a trusted point of contact for clients at every stage of the property journey. 

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys reading Chinese literature, ancient poetry, and a variety of fiction genres. She also has a creative side, with a passion for digital design and pastel drawing, and loves exploring new destinations through travel.
