Paul Polychroniadis

Director & OIEC

A little about me

Paul is a real people person and his clients quickly trust him due to his natural sense of honesty and fair play with exceptional customer service and a total can-do-attitude. He always tries to achieve the best outcome for his clients with his down to earth honest style and he has built a reputation for being able to creatively and effectively deal with the most challenging situations while providing outstanding results each and every time for his clients.

He knows every property is different, and every seller has a unique set of requirements, so he thrives on the process of bringing those two dimensions together, and achieving an outcome that everyone is delighted with. Paul is able to maintain his high level of energy and commitment because he loves real estate. As a local resident, he is equally passionate about the City of Monash and his continued success in real estate is due to his strong commitment to maintaining an exceptional level of hands on service and professionalism.

Jellis Craig has state-of-the-art marketing tools, attracting more buyers to each and every property, and the commitment to teamwork with everyone working together ensures the best possible results for our clients.  Paul is ably supported by a team equally focused and determined to be the best.

Away from the office Paul loves to spend time with his wife Krys, their two young boys and friends. This often involves cooking up a storm for them in the kitchen. Paul also enjoys deep sea fishing, camping, bushwalking and watching the footy.
