With more than 12 years’ experience across reception, leasing and property management, Michelle Duchini is calm, service-led and attentive. Whether she is advising a rental provider on how best to present their property, carefully assessing a prospective renter, or mediating a dispute, Michelle brings the same steady, respectful presence to every situation.
Michelle began her career in reception and administrative roles before moving into leasing and property management, where she has spent a decade earning a reputation for dependable service. Her ability to remain composed under pressure, combined with a clear understanding of people’s needs, allows her to resolve issues quickly while maintaining positive outcomes for all parties.

Born and raised in Bayside, Michelle enjoys spending time with her four adult children and three grandchildren and loves the relaxed Bayside lifestyle she has always called home.
