Mason’s specific experience includes supporting the local sale of industrial warehouse units, both off-the-plan and completed stock, then working with investors during leasing and ongoing management — delivering a genuine end-to-end outcome.
He has also negotiated complex leasing transactions with multinational tenants, and independently managed a portfolio of up to 165 commercial properties, highlighting an ability to prioritise, manage multiple stakeholders and perform under pressure.
