James Cai is a Sales Associate who brings enthusiasm, drive, and a positive attitude to the Jellis Craig team. Born in China, he moved to Australia in 2017 and has since built strong local knowledge and a genuine passion for real estate.
James is a recent graduate of Deakin University, where he completed a Bachelor of Business. Fluent in Mandarin and English, he is able to connect with a wide range of clients and support both buyers and vendors with clear, confident communication.
As a fresh face in the real estate industry, James has already gained experience in client engagement and assisting with property listings. He is known for his strong work ethic, high energy, and willingness to support his colleagues, always ready to step in and help wherever needed.
Outside of work, James is a proud owner of two dogs — a Golden Retriever and a Labrador — and enjoys staying active through gym training and basketball, reflecting his energetic and team-oriented nature.
