About Ella
A third-generation real estate professional, Ella Mactier brings a thoughtful, precise and people-focused approach to her role in sales support.
After studying building design and property valuation at RMIT, Ella spent two and a half years in property management administration before transitioning into residential sales - a move that gave her a well-rounded understanding of the industry. That breadth shows in how she works: organised, attuned to detail and focused on making the process easier for the people she works with.
Ella has worked closely with Nick Johnstone for many years and plays a key role in shaping and delivering every marketing campaign, ensuring no detail is overlooked in achieving an exceptional outcome for clients. “It’s a privilege to work in a high-performance environment where we continually challenge each other to improve and deliver the highest level of service. Born and raised in Brighton, Ella has a genuine appreciation for the area and all it offers. Outside of work, Ella has volunteered with the Les Twentyman Foundation, enjoys the outdoors walking her dog Hazel along Brighton beach and spending time with friends and family.
