Proudly part of the Jellis Craig Property Management Team of the Year in 2022, Devon spent his first five years in real estate as a highly successful leasing consultant. Managing a portfolio of 170 properties, he used his exceptional organisation and problem-solving skills to keep all contracts running smoothly.

“As a property manager, I was familiar with a wide range of homes in across the local market and this vast knowledge helps my price setting as a sales consultant. I recognise the purchasing opportunities that could appeal to my previous investor clients, both local and further afield, so I always factor that into my marketing and selling strategy to draw in a greater pool of buyers.”

Growing up in Avoca, Devon completed a Bachelor of Science at Ballarat University before establishing his client service skills in various roles in hospitality.
