A little about me
Delivering a refreshing style combined with a warm and honest approach, Daniel Broadbent is a formidable agent and auctioneer in sync with the property market. He delivers a service based on strong communication and respects every property for its unique selling point.
As a Victorian finalist for Salesperson of the Year 2016, Dan values his high percentage of return clients and doesn’t take the strong personal referrals for granted. Perhaps it’s his energy and unique enthusiasm when he is auctioneering that clients find so appealing, or maybe it’s just his dedication to building trusting relationships that lay the foundations for his highly respected professional identity.
Genuinely committed to the local community Daniel Broadbent is involved in a myriad of organisations, including volunteer auctioneering for local kindergartens and primary schools and Kids Under Cover, Bulleen Boomers and Porter Davis Homes charity events. His commitment to the community is exemplified by his voluntary role at Park Orchards Junior Cricket Club.
“I am a firm believer in being involved in grass roots organisations that better the opportunities for children and build a true sense of community,”
After a day campaigning for his vendors and assisting prospective buyers, Dan likes nothing better than to play a round of golf or curl up on the couch with his young family and watch the mighty Hawks.
