With a strong foundation in customer service, marketing, and sales strategy, Ben He brings over a decade of experience to his role as a Sales Consultant. Since transitioning into real estate in 2019, he has quickly built a reputation for delivering outstanding results through data-driven insights, skilled negotiation, and persuasive property pitching.

Ben moved to Melbourne in 2009 to pursue his studies and spent more than 10 years in the retail sector. From 2013 to 2018, he managed Vodafone’s Southern Cross store—then the top-performing store in Victoria—where he honed his leadership and sales expertise in a high-volume environment.

“I believe the key to success is understanding both the data and the people behind it,” Ben says. “I approach every property like a product—strategically marketed, competitively positioned, and matched with the right buyer.”
