Top-notch customer service, attention to detail and ability to communicate gently and effectively with people from all walks of life are at the forefront of Nicole’s key role in the Jellis Craig Geelong team.

Drawing on years of experience in senior positions across a range of industries, Nicole makes our clients and their needs and concerns her No. 1 priority.

“My ability to listen and a genuine desire to help allows me to communicate effectively with a client and ensure they walk away from our interaction with the desired information and that they feel I’ve taken the time to answer their questions clearly,” Nicole says.

“As an executive assistant to an extremely driven and successful director of the business, I also pride myself on being organised and focussed while juggling competing priorities.

“My reliability and constant quest to perform well under pressure and tight deadlines allows me to be a valued member of the team.”

Nicole makes it her mission to help others, to listen and make a person feel heard and to “do what I say I will do”.

Those attributes are backed up by her wide-ranging life and employment experience, including in real estate, senior administrative roles and most recently as a member of the Victoria Police force.

“As a police officer, I was able to utilise my desire to help those less fortunate than myself and to give back and be a valued member of the community,” she says.

Outside her busy Jellis Craig role, Nicole enjoys family time, and when possible, volunteering in her local community, in kids’ sport and to help those in need.
