An experienced and senior member of the Jellis Craig Boroondara Property Management team, Louise Mitchell delivers seamless client experiences and excellent outcomes. Helping to inspire a culture of success across the team, she provides every client with attentive, premium service.

Ensuring both property owners and renters feel valued, Louise insists on swift and efficient responses to all queries and tasks.

“I follow a strict timeline to ensure routine inspections, rent reviews and lease renewals are completed to schedule. This consistency ensures I build trusted, long-standing relationships with clients,” Louise says.

Louise actively studies the Boroondara rental market and stays up to date with legislation including the Victorian Residential Tenancies Act. She provides informed advice on all leasing matters, from pricing and marketing to dispute resolution to capital improvements.

“My clients know I care about their property, whether it’s a multi-million dollar family home or a one-bedroom apartment,” Louise explains. “I'm a good listener and can read between the lines to gain insight into my client’s motivations and concerns. We work together to find a pathway to a great outcome, with all alternative options presented as necessary.”

Building on her degree in design, Louise has completed numerous leadership courses and is working towards a Diploma of Property (Agency Management).
