The commercial and residential landscape is flourishing, driven by a surge in high- and mid-rise luxury developments. This trend shows no signs of slowing down, with a steady stream of projects in the pipeline.

A planning application has been lodged for the massive $900 million redevelopment of Richmond's Victoria Gardens Shopping Centre. This ambitious project envisions a sustainable urban village featuring 1679 new homes, 45,370 square metres of retail space, and nearly 10,000 square metres of public open space directly connected to the Yarra River. The project promises a significant economic boost for the area, creating over 3300 local jobs in the process.

The $320 million Wiltshire House project has received the green light for a second tower, offering 57 apartments and a rooftop garden with panoramic views. A nine-storey development, Ardency Kennedy Place, will boast 138 luxury residences, and plans are also underway for a sprawling 490-apartment, six-building complex on River Boulevard. This growth in development will further elevate Richmond's residential offerings with vibrant and contemporary living environments.
